Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://netx.gitbook.io/netx-docs/netx-compliance-and-service-agreement.md). # NetX Compliance and Service Agreement **Last Updated: 5 June 2026** This Compliance and Service Restrictions Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your access to and use of the **netx.world** website, its related subdomains, web pages, applications, interfaces, products, and services, collectively referred to as the “NetX Services.” Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing, browsing, registering for, connecting a wallet to, creating an account on, or otherwise using the NetX Services. By accessing or using the NetX Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Agreement, or if you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing and using the NetX Services. ### 1. Restricted Countries and Regions The NetX Services are not offered or made available to any resident, habitual resident, or person physically located in any of the following countries or regions: 1. The Crimea region of Ukraine; 2. The Donetsk region of Ukraine, including areas controlled or claimed to be controlled by the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” or “DNR”; 3. The Luhansk region of Ukraine, including areas controlled or claimed to be controlled by the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” or “LNR”; 4. Mainland China; 5. Iran; 6. North Korea; 7. Syria; and 8. Cuba. The countries and regions listed above are collectively referred to as the “Restricted Jurisdictions.” ### 2. Prohibited Access and Use You must not directly or indirectly access or use the NetX Services if any of the following applies to you: * You are a resident or habitual resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction; * You are physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction when accessing or using the NetX Services; * You act on behalf of, are employed by, are controlled by, or act for the benefit of any individual, business, organisation, government authority, or other entity located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; * You are prohibited from accessing or using the NetX Services under any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime, export control requirement, anti-money laundering rule, or other regulatory restriction; * You are included on any applicable sanctions, restricted persons, prohibited transactions, or specially designated persons list; or * Your use of the NetX Services would cause NetX, its affiliates, service providers, or partners to violate any applicable law or regulatory requirement. ### 3. User Representations and Warranties Each time you access or use the NetX Services, you represent and warrant that: 1. You are not a resident or habitual resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction; 2. You are not physically located in any Restricted Jurisdiction when accessing or using the NetX Services; 3. You will not access or use the NetX Services on behalf of any individual, entity, or organisation located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; 4. You have not been designated by any applicable government authority, regulatory authority, or sanctions authority as a restricted, sanctioned, or prohibited individual or entity; 5. All information you provide to NetX is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading; and 6. Your access to or use of the NetX Services will not cause NetX, its affiliates, service providers, or partners to violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime, export control requirement, or other regulatory obligation. ### 4. Access Eligibility and Restriction Measures You are responsible for ensuring that you remain eligible to access and use the NetX Services at all times. NetX may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or any part of the NetX Services by any individual, entity, country, or region where NetX considers such action necessary in light of applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business policies, or risk management considerations. The fact that a website, application, or other technical system allows you to access the NetX Services does not mean that NetX has confirmed, approved, or accepted your eligibility to access the NetX Services, and does not constitute a waiver of any restriction under this Agreement. ### 5. Ineligible Access Any individual or entity that does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Agreement must not directly or indirectly access or use the NetX Services. If NetX has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is not eligible to access or use the NetX Services, NetX may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate that user’s access to or use of the NetX Services and take any other measures that NetX considers necessary or appropriate. ### 6. Consequences of Violation If NetX has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated or may violate this Agreement, NetX may, without prior notice, take any action that it considers necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to: * Refusing your access to or use of the NetX Services; * Restricting, suspending, or terminating your account, wallet connection, or related functionality; * Blocking, refusing, cancelling, or suspending any related request, transaction, or operation; * Requiring you to provide additional information or documentation; * Disclosing necessary information to relevant service providers, partners, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement authorities, but only to the extent permitted or required by applicable law; and * Taking any other compliance, risk management, or legal measures that NetX considers necessary. ### 7. No Obligation to Provide Services NetX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, refuse, suspend, or terminate the provision of all or any part of the NetX Services in any country, region, or jurisdiction. Even if a country or region is not listed in this Agreement, NetX is under no obligation to provide services to any individual or entity located in that country or region. ### 8. Updates to this Agreement NetX may update this Agreement and the list of Restricted Jurisdictions from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, sanctions policies, business arrangements, or risk management considerations. The updated Agreement will be published on **netx.world** or a related page and will take effect on the date of publication or on any other date specified in the updated Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version of this Agreement before each access to or use of the NetX Services. ### 9. Relationship with Other Terms This Agreement forms part of the NetX Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable rules and policies. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and any other NetX term or policy, the provision that imposes the stricter requirement concerning access eligibility, compliance obligations, or service restrictions will prevail. ### 10. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. ### 11.
